Everton fans want the club to sign Jack Grealish

Aston Villa midfielder Jack Grealish got his name on the scoresheet in the Premier League again as Dean Smith’s side drew 1-1 against Brighton and Hove Albion.

Grealish has been impressive throughout the season and his performance on the weekend had one Everton forum page on Twitter asking a simple question – Would you like him at Everton?

These fans were all saying the same thing…

READ EVERTON VERDICT

Grealish has been a standout player for Villa this season, as shown by the fact that he has scored seven goals and provided five assists in the top flight.

This is a lot better than current Everton playmaker Gylfi Sigurdsson, who only has one goal and one assist in the Premier League this campaign.

The fans clearly want to see Grealish excelling at Goodison Park and we feel that he would be a definite upgrade on Sigurdsson because the Iceland international is 30-years-old and clearly losing his sparkle.

However, convincing him to leave Villa would definitely be the hard part because he is the club captain and has stuck with them through thick and thin. He would be a great signing because of his attacking quality but unfortunately, we believe this is something that won’t happen.

matchday.
