Everton will face Bournemouth at the Vitality Stadium in the FA Cup Fifth round.
After beating Carlisle United 3-0 on Sunday, the Blues now face a difficult task as they face the Cherries away from home.
The last meeting between these teams was incredible to say the least, with Everton scoring to make it 3-2 in the dying seconds of the game. Now into added time Bournemouth equalising with the final kick of the game after scoring from kickoff.
Much to the disbelief of the travelling Evertonians, the Blues would have to return to Merseyside with only a point after celebrating what they thought would be the winner from Ross Barkley with a pitch invasion.
The Blues will be looking to put that right when they visit the Vitality Stadium at the end of February and secure their pass through to the FA Cup Fifth round. With the team knocked out of Capital One Cup at the hands of Manchester City last week, the FA Cup is Everton’s only hope of their first trophy in 20 years.
