Crucially for Tottenham, Dominic Solanke has returned to the matchday squad after recovering from a hamstring injury, joining James Maddison and Yves Bissouma on a strong subs bench.
However, Spurs are still without Cristian Romero, Xavi Simons, Dejan Kulusevski, and Mohammed Kudus.
For the Toffees, manager David Moyes has made just one change from the team that lost at home last week to Sunderland, with Thierno Barry coming in up top in place of Beto:
