Wayne Rooney is set for a move back to Merseyside with reports suggesting a deal is all but done.
The Merseysiders are reportedly willing to meet Rooney’s £150,000-a-week demands and it is even said that Manchester United could waive away any transfer fee due to Wayne’s commitment to the club.

The Englishman has fallen down the pecking order in recent months and having broken the record for Manchester United’s highest ever goalscorer, he could return to his boyhood club in the hope of taking them to the next level.
Both Everton manager Ronald Koeman and Steve Walsh have both explained in the past few months that they would jump at the chance to bring Rooney back to the club.
Now, with both clubs seemingly happy for a deal to go through, it now only comes down to the fine details if reports are to be believed.
Not only would this represent a coup for the club at a playing level, the PR possibility of Rooney coming back to the club would be huge, with worldwide coverage as well as copious amounts of shirt sales to follow.
