The Toffees are closing in on a deal for the Turkish international, who has been in excellent form this season.

Tosun has shown his quality in the Super Lig with Besiktas and has also stepped up when called upon in the Champions League, helping the side score goals.
Reports have claimed that the deal in place for Tosun is worth in the region of £25 million, as Everton look to finally replace Romelu Lukaku with a striker of sufficient quality.
If Everton are to disclose this deal for Tosun, they will have fended off a whole host of competition for his signature. Crystal Palace made attempts to sign the striker last summer.
