The two clubs are locked in talks that would see the young Italian hitman spend another season in the French capital. Talks between Everton and PSG are said to be ‘progressing positively’, and the Italian ‘only wants to join PSG’.
Equally, it has been confirmed that Everton will insert an option-to-buy clause into the player’s loan extension.

The 21-year-old, who has been capped 9 times for his country, only managed 4 goals and 2 assists in 37 outings in an Everton shirt – but the youngster has revitalised his fortunes in France.
Kean has achieved a far more commendable tally of goals with the Parisians, managing 17 goals and an assist in 41 appearances across all competitions, 13 of which came in Ligue 1.
The youngster has managed to muscle into starting XIs on a frequent basis in a squad boasting household names such as Neymar and Kylian Mbappe.

The news on Kean could provide an unlikely insight into Rafa Benitez.
Although not confirmed, if talks are already ongoing despite Wednesday’s appointment of Benitez as the club’s new manager, there is a chance that Benitez or the club has already decided that Kean’s future lies away from Goodison Park for another season.
For talks to be ongoing so early into Rafa’s reign is a sure-fire sign that Kean is not under consideration for Benitez’ squad reshuffle at Goodison Park.
