1. Give us your assessment of Southampton’s season so far.
Ben Hooke: Saints have been brilliant this year. No Saints fans in their right mind would have predicted this level of success at the start of the season.
Matt Elnor: Southampton are doing surprisingly well this season, its great.
2. How is Ronald Koeman getting on? Is he likely to leave in the summer?
B: Koeman’s the ideal manager. Tactically, he’s the best we’ve had and we have a Plan B (and C).
M: I don’t think he will leave. he seems like he will be loyal to the club and see out his contract.
3. How do you view Everton?
B: Everton are, for me, a proper club. A team that has somehow constantly punched above its weight in the last few years, especially under Moyes.
M: Everton have gone downhill this season in my opinion. That’s perhaps due to the Europa League but they aren’t what they were in previous seasons.
4. What do you make of our season so far?
B: Europa League has killed another season. It’s happened to Newcastle and Swansea recently; small squad in Europe and it really affects league form.
M: Appalling- think the Europa League’s to blame.
5. How highly do you rate Roberto Martinez?
B: Martinez is a top manager for me; sometimes I think he can be predictable but is style of football is certainly enjoyable.
M: I like the style of football he brings to the clubs he is at, but i don’t know how good of a manager he is.
6. Which 3 Everton players would you take to Southampton given the chance?
B: If i could have 3, I’d have Stones, Coleman and Mirallas. Three top players.
M: Barkley, Stones and Coleman.
7. Which Saints players should Everton be wary of on Saturday?
B: I’ve said this every week since January but this week is Pelle’s week – he has to score eventually. If not, Schneiderlin and Wanyama will boss most midfields.
M: Mane, he is causing lots of problems for the best defenders so everton need to be careful.
8. And who will away fans fear in a blue shirt?
B: I’m worried about Lukaku. Big, strong and has bagged a couple against in recent years.
M: I think Lukaku.
9. Likely Southampton team and score prediction?
B: Likely team is; Davis; Clyne, Fonte, Alderweireld, Bertrand; Schneiderlin, Wanyama, Davis; Mane, Tadic, Pelle. 1-2 Saints.
M: 2-0 saints.
