John Stones is expected to return to Finch Farm to continue his knee injury rehab, according to the Liverpool Echo.
The Blues defender missed the Merseyside derby on Sunday afternoon with the injury, but has reported for England duty ahead of the international fixtures.
Protocol means the defender must be checked by England’s medical staff, but the club expect Stones to be sent straight back after that’s taken place.
He picked up the medial ligament damage against Reading during September, and whilst he is recovering, Everton manager Roberto Martinez insisted he would only select the Englishman if he was 100% fit.

After the Liverpool stalemate, Martinez said:
We are sending John Stones, Mo Besic and Aiden McGeady, those players will be going on international duty and they are carrying knocks and injuries, and we need to make sure that they get fully fit very quickly.
The Blues face Manchester United on the 17th of October, so Martinez and the fans will hope Stones is fit to resume the season ahead of that one.
