Former Tottenham boss Tim Sherwood believes that Bournemouth winger Ryan Fraser would be a good fit for Everton.
The Scotland international wide man was heavily linked with a move to Arsenal earlier this summer, although the player’s £30million price tag seemingly put off interested suitors.

With less than a year remaining on his contract at Dean Court, Fraser could be eyeing up potential clubs that would allow him to make a step up, and Sherwood believes the Toffees would be a great destination.
Talking on The Debate on Sky Sports, as reported by HITC, Sherwood said this about Fraser’s future prospects:
It’s important for him to go somewhere and not have two years off.
The next move for him, and no disrespect to Bournemouth, is one just underneath [the top six]. Like a Leicester or an Everton. And then he’s still young enough to make that next step.
Fraser could represent another strong wide option for Everton, although the club are currently well stocked in that department.

For me it would all depend on the type of deal being discussed in regards to whether Fraser would be a good signing. For £30million, or a smaller fee in January, I’m not sure the club couldn’t do better in the transfer market.
On a free in the summer though, similar to Bernard’s move, I would be tempted to see him come to Goodison Park.
Fraser has all the attributes to succeed at a club like Everton, although he wouldn’t be guaranteed a start on Merseyside. Fraser would replace Theo Walcott in the Blues’ squad for sure, but he would still face competition with Bernard, Richarlison and Alex Iwobi for one of the two starting spots.
He would definitely be a strong addition on a free transfer, if he would be willing to switch red and black for royal blue.
