RB Leipzig have made a £22m offer to Everton for Ademola Lookman, according to Adrian Kajumba of The Mirror.
Lookman spent the second half of last season on loan with the Bundesliga side and his performances were so impressive that they want to sign him on a permanent basis.

Going into the summer, Everton’s intentions were to keep hold of the 20-year-old but after signing both Richarlison and Bernard, the Blues have let Lookman’s agent know that they’ll let the winger leave if they receive a bid of £30m.
Leipzig’s new offer falls £8m short of Everton’s asking price so the Blues are unlikely to accept it but with 11 days still remaining before the German transfer window closes, there’s still plenty of time for a deal to be done.
Lookman seems keen to make the switch to Germany but unless Leipzig stump up the cash, he’ll remain an Everton player.
