Everton have had an £18million bid rejected for Crystal Palace winger Yannick Bolasie, according to the Guardian.
The winger has emerged as one of the league’s most impressive wingers in recent years, with Bolasie single-handedly tearing the Toffees apart on a few occasions in past seasons. Although impressing in certain attributes, the Democratic Republic of Congo international has only scored five goals in 79 appearances.

Due to Bolasie’s importance to the London club, they are said to be holding out for at least £30million though Everton will only bid up to £20million as they look to bolster their squad ahead of the new season.
With Andros Townsend, Bakary Sako and young winger Sullay KaiKai all fighting for a starting place in the team, Bolasie may look elsewhere and is said to be keen on a change of scenery.
Although there is a reluctance to sell, the sale of Yannick could free up funds for Christian Benteke who they are said to be chasing. Liverpool are said to be asking upwards of £30million for the Belgian.
