Well, Everton lost again last week. Ronald Koeman has presumably started to realise the gravity of Everton’s failures under the previous management regime and the difficult task he has at hand to rectify those problems.
Miraculously, Everton are still seventh. More frustrating, though, it goes to show how much of a missed opportunity to climb the league table the past eight games have been.
Next up is Manchester United, who sit one point and one place above the Toffees. December is a difficult month for the club, and with any luck, Koeman can facilitate a possible win or at the very least, leave with a point against Jose Mourinho’s team.
