Sky Sports pundit Charlie Nicholas is backing Everton to beat fellow strugglers Tottenham Hotspur 2-1 in Sunday’s clash.
The Toffees host Spurs at Goodison Park in the last match of the weekend, with both teams desperate for three points.

The pressure is truly on Marco Silva as his Everton side linger in 16th place in the Premier League with ten points from ten matches.
The visitors are only two points ahead so a victory for either side would be a massive boost. As quoted on Sky Sports, Nicholas said:
This is the game. There is no doubt that Marco Silva is under the most extreme pressure and the only reason he is hanging on is because of his home record. Mauricio Pochettino can take another hit as they are in the Champions League.
Danny Rose is an accident waiting to happen, while Serge Aurier has been a disaster. It will be an open game and Silva will pick an attacking team here.

The players really need to turn up for their manager in this clash. Silva’s job is under heavy pressure and another disappointing performance and loss could see the end of his spell at the club.
Everton should really be pushing for a European spot with the squad that they have assembled, but Silva is badly failing at getting the best from his players.
