Everton’s disappointing 3-1 loss to Bournemouth on Sunday has routinely brought about questions concerning what is going wrong at the club.
The Toffees have an abysmal away record in recent times, but it is difficult to identify exactly where the problem’s genesis is, and how best to find an appropriate remedy.

From the manager to the players and to unfortunate circumstance, a number of fans are coming with a variety of reasons for why Everton’s season has been such a mixed bag so far.
Reacting to Everton’s second successive Premier League away loss, several fans pointed out where they feel Everton are going wrong.

It is extremely difficult to pinpoint an exact problem with the way Everton are approaching the game at the moment, making it equally tough to fix it. Especially regarding the away form, it remains a bit of a mystery.
Of course you can point to individual mistakes and errors in team selection and tactical arrangement, but that doesn’t speak to the larger issues at hand. Against Bournemouth for example, I don’t believe that a different line-up or an alternative formation would have prevented the club from conceding three goals.
Everton are so far away from where they want to be, and it becomes a tired practice to mention that it is a building process, but it really is. The Toffees are in a transitional period, and just about everything seems to be going wrong at all times. Fans are just expected to hold on tight as the club work through the rough patch and, fingers crossed, we’ll see a brighter horizon on the other side.
But we won’t know know till we’re there. The burden of pressure falls on Marco Silva’s shoulders, and hopefully he can figure out a fix as soon as possible.
