Championship side Leeds United have made their move for Everton midfielder Muhamed Besic, according to a report on NinetyMinutesOnline, who quote Bosnian news outlet Sportsport.
Besic was sent out on loan last season by the Toffees to Championship side Middlesbrough and nearly helped them to promotion to the Premier League. New manager Marco Silva has deemed the central midfielder surplus to requirements at Goodison Park.

Promotion hopefuls Leeds are eager to strengthen their midfield and have identified Besic as their ideal target.
The Bosnian will certainly strengthen the Leeds squad and it will give him a chance to earn regular playing time rather than getting limited game time at the Merseyside club.
Besic has fallen down the pecking order at Everton and has found it difficult to impress the fans or the manager during pre-season. Letting Besic leave on loan again this season seems the best decision for the player and the club.
Leeds are working hard to agree on a deal before the transfer window slams shut tomorrow evening.
