Everton are reportedly one of many clubs keeping a close eye on Middlesbrough youngster Marcus Tavernier.
The promising wide man has been in good form recently and according to a report from the Daily Mail, the Toffees are pondering a move for him given his progress.
Tavernier’s recent form has earned him a regular place in the England Under-19 side as well. He made his debut for his country’s youth side in the recent international break and featured in three games against the Faroe Islands, Iceland and Bulgaria.

The 18-year-old has only emerged on the first-team scene with Middlesbrough this season and has made a total of six appearances at senior level with the club.
However, in this short space of time, the winger has impressed and has established himself as one of the Championship’s most promising young talents.
Tavernier is a left-sided winger by trade and Everton are seemingly keen to add him to their ranks.
