Everton appear to be edging ever closer to completing the signing of Yerry Mina from Barcelona.
According to an exclusive report from Spanish news outlet Diario Sport this evening, the Toffees have reached an agreement with Barcelona over the €32 million transfer of the Colombian international.
Everton have been chasing the signature of Mina since his exploits at the World Cup and appear to have stolen a march on the likes of Manchester United in the race to sign him.

Sport’s report indicates that the final details of the deal are being finalised by Barcelona and Everton, as Mina’s future draws ever closer to its resolution.
Mina, despite his efforts during this summer’s World Cup, is not believed to be in the plans of Barcelona boss Ernesto Valverde as the club gear up for the new season.
Nevertheless, it seems Everton will capitalise on the opportunity to recruit Mina, with Sport claiming that the defender will put pen to paper on a five-year deal at Goodison Park.
