Everton are interested in a summer deal for Spartak Moscow winger Quincy Promes, according to reports.
The Toffees were understood to have expressed an interest in recruiting the attacker during the January transfer window, but a move for Theo Walcott was preferred.
Promes has enjoyed an impressive year so far, establishing himself as a regular in the Netherlands national side and continuing to shine for Spartak Moscow in Russia.

However, a summer deal could be on the cards, with the Southern Daily Echo claiming that Everton are interested in the player.
Southampton made a club-record bid to sign Promes in January but were unable to convince Spartak to sell the player. They could move for winger again this summer but it seems they will face competition from the likes of Everton.
Newcastle are also being linked with a move for Promes but it’s likely that the Toffees will have the greatest financial power among the aforementioned sides should they make a concrete move for the Netherlands international.
