Everton are interested in signing Udinese midfielder Jakub Jankto, a year after they first registered their interest in the highly-rated player, according to a report on from Italy.
The Czech Republic international has been on the Merseyside club’s radar for some time and it seems that they are finally ready to offer an official bid for him this summer.
21-year-old Jankto made 29 appearances in Serie A last season and his impressive performances have interested various clubs all across Europe.

Everton boss Ronald Koeman is a huge admirer of the player and wants to bring him to Goodison Park as his major squad overhaul continues this summer.
Jankto has a contract with Udinese which runs through until 2021 so the player won’t be available for a cheap price with the Italian club under no pressure to cash in on him.

The youngster managed to get his name on the scoresheet five times and also registered four assists last season.
He joined Udinese in 2014 from Slavia Prague for a reported fee of €700,000 and has enhanced his reputation massively during his time in Italy.
He is reported to be a target of fellow Premier League club Arsenal as well as Italian giants Juventus and Inter Milan.
