Everton are preparing a bid for Manchester United and Leicester City target Hossein Zamani – but should the Toffees be looking elsewhere for attacking reinforcements?
According to Football Insider, Everton director of football Marcel Brands is preparing a move for the 16-year-old, who is currently on the books of Ajax, with the teenager keen on a summer move to England.
Zamani has been linked with the Red Devis and the Foxes, however, neither side are thought to be preparing a bid, which leaves the Toffees as favourites for the Dutchman’s services at this moment in time.

The youngster is regarded as one of the best young players emerging from Ajax’s prolific academy following a series of impressive performances in the youth sides.
Zamani is a right-footed winger who tends to turn out on the left side of midfield.
Able to cut in on his favoured foot, Zamani has the ability to take on a defender with ease and has caught the eye with his pinpoint deliveries from wide areas.
The teenager also has a real eye for goal and looks set to be a star of the future.
A move for Zamani would more than likely prove to be an excellent piece of business in the long run, however, Marco Silva is also in need of immediate senior reinforcements to bolster his attacking options.
If the Toffees can secure the services of Zamani, as well as bringing in a central defender and an experienced forward, then most Toffees fans would more than likely be relatively happy with the club’s summer business.
