Everton have emerged as potential suitors for West Ham United defender Reece Oxford, according to a report from the Daily Mail.
The Toffees are understood to have joined the race for the youngster’s signature as his future at the London Stadium continues to come under immense scrutiny ahead of the January transfer window.
It is reported that Oxford would be keen to complete a permanent move away from the Hammers, as first-team football continues to elude him under Manuel Pellegrini.

The versatile defender was once tipped for big things but has failed to truly establish himself at West Ham after a temporary stint in Germany with Borussia Monchengladbach.
The Daily Mail’s report indicates that the Bundesliga club would be keen to rival Everton in their pursuit of the 20-year-old, who is reluctant to head out on loan yet again.
Manchester City are also reported to have expressed an interest in landing Oxford when the transfer window opens.
