Everton have been named as a possible destination for Roma winger Cengiz Under, alongside Tottenham and Bayern Munich.
The Toffees were previously linked with the Turkey international, with some reports claiming that the Merseyside outfit made a £25million offer for the winger in the summer.
The Serie A side viewed the 22-year old as an integral part of their future and so rejected Everton’s advances, and it had then appeared as though the Blues had cooled their interest.
However, new reports claim that Roma could now be open to letting Under go, with the Giallorossi needing to sell to raise funds for spending, and Everton have been touted as a possible destination.

According to Il Mattino (via Sport Witness), Roma sporting director Gianluca Petrachi is working to shift the forward, and the report claims he would like to ‘place’ Under at either Everton, Spurs or Bayern.
Calciomercato support these claims, stating that Under is no longer ‘non-transferable’, meaning Roma don’t value him as they once did. They also claim it would take €35-40million for Roma to let him go.
Neither report specifically mentions Everton currently holding any interest in Under, but should they still retain some interest in the young forward, the club could now be buoyed by his availability.

Cengiz Under has all of the attributes to succeed at Goodison Park. He is lightning quick, has solid technical ability and can play in any position across the front three.
However, the sticking point for the Blues may come in his price. Ancelotti has been promised funds to spend in January, but they will almost certainly be better spent in other more pressing positions, although a new winger is needed.
Should Everton find a solution to their centre-back problem and their midfield problem and still have enough money to spend on Under afterward, then by all means, but they must first prioritise before exploring expensive options like Under.
