Moise Kean looks to be a player transformed from the ineffective striker who Everton fans were used to seeing on Merseyside.
The on-loan Evertonian is in fine form for Paris Saint-Germain, having notched his fifth goal in as many games for the French champions since joining Les Rouges et Bleu in the summer transfer window.
He had previously struggled to adapt to the English game, having notched only four goals in 37 appearances for the Blues in what was undoubtedly a challenging season for the former Juventus striker – so does Kean have a future at Everton?
PSG head coach Thomas Tuchel has praised Kean in a glowing endorsement, claiming it is ‘really hard to play against’ the 20-year-old.
Speaking to beIn Sports, Tuchel claimed: “[Kean] has a big heart, he puts on intensity. He is not afraid, he is courageous. He does what is necessary.
“I wouldn’t want to be a defender against him right now, it’s really hard to play against him.
“It’s very important for us because we miss that in certain times.”
According to beIn Sports, Kean has scored two of his four big chances in Ligue 1 this season, while he has a shot conversion rate of 30%, excluding blocks.
Indeed, this could spell the end for Kean’s short-lived spell as an Everton player. He reportedly has a release clause below that which the Toffees paid for him which is open to PSG – and every indication is that he is on track for continued success with the Ligue 1 champions.

This leaves the logical conclusion that PSG would look to sign the striker permanently if his favourable form continues.
Given his aforementioned struggles on Merseyside, he may well not be so sorely missed at Goodison Park, either. PSG could represent a chance for Kean to feel successful and confident, and he may well return to English football at another point in his career when he feels more refined as a player.
A return from his loan back to Everton is not off the table – his form renders him a good option with every chance of revitalising his form on return to England – but PSG may well hold all the aces in any potential dealings over Kean’s future.
At just 20 years old, Kean still has more than enough time to write his future – but unfortunately for Everton fans, it seems unlikely that it will be with Ancelotti’s side, given how the Italian striker is enjoying a new lease of life in Paris, where he may wish to settle for the good of his career.
