According to reports, Everton are leading a number of Premier League clubs in the race to sign James Maddison from Norwich City this summer.
The creative midfielder enjoyed an excellent season with the Canaries and as a result of his exploits in the Championship, a host of top-flight sides have expressed an interest.
Sky Sports, as cited by the Liverpool Echo, have named Everton as the leading party in the race to secure Maddison’s services, with the likes of Liverpool and Leicester also named as potential suitors.

Maddison was consistently impressive with Norwich in what was a dismal campaign for the club but sustained a long-term injury on the final day of the season.
The England Under-21 international was unfortunate to suffer knee ligament damage in Norwich’s outing with Sheffield Wednesday, with concerns growing over his chances of making the start of the season.
This does not appear to have deterred the Toffees, though, with Marco Silva’s men reported to be at the front of the queue for Maddison’s signature.
