Everton are keeping tabs on Declan Rice’s ongoing contractual situation at West Ham, according to claims from Graeme Bailey, writing in The Gambling Times.
The Toffees are among several Premier League clubs to have been monitoring Rice’s predicament at the London Stadium, as his contract continues to run down.
Rice has emerged as a key player for the Hammers in recent times, with Manuel Pellegrini’s establishing him as a mainstay in the first team’s starting line-up.

Pellegrini’s side appear to be sweating over Rice’s long-term future at the club, however, with the youngster’s contract at the London Stadium expiring at the end of the season.
West Ham have made significant efforts to tie Rice down to a new contract at the club but have had little success at this stage, with talks believed to still be at an impasse.
Everton will face stiff competition if they are to pursue a deal for the youngster, though. Manchester City and Chelsea are also cited as potential suitors in Bailey’s report.
