Everton, along with both West Ham and Inter Milan, are interested in signing Newcastle United forward Ayoze Perez, according to a report from the IB Times.
The 22-year-old is said to be considering his future after the Magpies were relegated to the Sky Bet Championship last month and Everton are said to be interested in the Spaniard.
Perez was offered the chance to join the B teams of both Barcelona and Real Madrid prior to his move to Tyneside but decided that it was best for him to move to England and better himself as a player.

The Spanish U21 international has been linked with moves to both Tottenham and Manchester United in the recent past, but choose to stay with Newcastle and signed a new five-year-deal back in February.
According to the report, any interested party would need to fork up a massive £15million to take him, something which may see the Spaniard remain at the club.
