Everton are reportedly showing an interest in highly-rated Egyptian winger Mahmoud Trezeguet – but would the 24-year-old be a good signing?
According to Turkish outlet Fanatik, cited by King Fut, both Everton and Watford are keen on the wide man, with the player himself keen on a switch to England.
Trezeguet plies his trade with Turkish side Kasimpasa and is currently away with his national side at the Africa Cup of Nations.

The winger scored the winner against Zimbabwe and set up Liverpool’s Mohamed Salah for a strike against DR Congo, and has shown at the finals why the Toffees are interested in him.
Trezeguet, who has scored 25 times in the past two seasons in Turkey, could well be the attacking reinforcement Marco Silva is after.
The Egyptian tends to play best in an inside forward role and has a tireless work rate, something which Toffees fans would certainly welcome.
Trezeguet also has the creative ability to beat a man with ease and has caught the eye with his final ball into the box.
And following his impressive AFCON stint, Everton may well decide to firm up their interest with a formal bid in the coming days, with the winger set to be a man in demand over the next few weeks.
