Several Everton fans have debated whether or not Moise Kean purposely had the intention of assisting Theo Walcott’s winner against Watford.
With the score at 2-2, Richarlison broke down the left-hand side in the final moments of the game, sliding the ball into the middle and just inside the box for the onrushing Kean.
Under heavy pressure from Watford defender Christian Kabesele, Kean made subtle contact with the ball, which continued out to the right for the onrushing Theo Walcott to finish past Ben Foster for Everton’s winner.
While Kean definitely made contact with the ball, it is unclear whether he attempted to shoot and missed, or whether he purposely slid the ball to Walcott due to the pressure he was under from Kabesele.
Taking to social media, a number of Everton supporters debated Kean’s actions, with both sides of the argument having plenty of supporters.
