The 33-year old joined the Toffees from Swansea in 2016, off the back of an impressive European Championship campaign with Wales.
Having signed a three-year deal in 2016, Williams has just a year left on his remaining deal and is unlikely to return to Everton next summer.

Williams made 73 appearances in all competitions, scoring three times, including a dramatic late winner against Arsenal in his debut season.
Stoke will look to utilise Williams’ experience to lead their backline in an attempt to earn promotion to the Premier League at the first time of asking.
Williams could make his Potters debut against Leeds United in the Championship this weekend.
