The forward will spend next season on loan at Belgian club Anderlecht, which is a good move from manager Ronald Koeman because he can gain valuable game time and experience.
Mogi Bayat – the agent who had been tasked with finding Onyekuru a new club, was in England yesterday according to Sport Witness to tie up a deal with the Merseyside club and they have reached an agreement.
The 20-year-old was a target for Scottish Champions Celtic in the January transfer window but the move was blocked by Eupen. However, the club were happy to sell the forward this summer and Everton were quick to react and have now secured his services.
Everton boss Koeman will be pleased that he was able to stave off the interest of other clubs, with Arsenal also said to be seriously interested in Onyekuru.

With Onyekuru not being able to secure a UK work permit, a loan to Anderlecht will allow him to play European football in the Champions League whilst gaining valuable experience.
With the signing of Sandro Ramírez expected to be announced shortly, the future is looking bright for Everton.
