According to TalkSport, who referenced CANAL+, Everton are one of several Premier League sides eyeing up French shot-stopper Steve Mandanda.
Mandanda’s contract expires at the end of the current season and expected to move on from Marseille, where he has been since 2007. The French international has featured in over 300 Ligue 1 matches for the French giants and has earned a fierce and well respected reputation as one of the best goalkeepers in the division.

Everton, Liverpool and Newcastle have all been touted with moves for Mandanda as they look to improve on their current number ones in the January window.
Tim Howard is currently the club’s first-choice ‘keeper but has had more than his fair share of critics this season and it looks as though Roberto Martinez is ready to go out and replace the American with the 30-year-old Frenchman who has 21 caps for his country.
Would Mandanda be an improvement on Howard?
