Everton and Leicester City are both interested in a deal to sign Thorgan Hazard from Borussia Monchengladbach.
According to a report from Footmercato, the Premier League duo, as well as Atletico Madrid, Sevilla, Valencia and Inter are all keen to sign the Belgian international.
Hazard, formerly of Chelsea, has earned a name for himself in the Bundesliga, shaking off the reputation of being the younger brother of Eden Hazard that had previously followed him.
He joined Chelsea at a similar time to when Eden made the move to London, but Thorgan never broke through at the club.

After impressing out on loan he made the permanent move to Gladbach, where he has since cemented himself as one of their key players.
Chelsea had the option to re-sign the player but did not take it up and said clause has since expired.
Hazard is under contract in Germany until 2020, but interest in him is continuing to mount following his recent run of form.
