Everton set up a trip to Wembley and dumped Chelsea out of the F.A Cup as a brace from Romelu Lukaku sent Evertonians into dreamland.
The Blues battled hard, defended well and thoroughly deserved the victory, while a lacklustre Chelsea were left to lick their gaping wounds from the evening and the season as a whole.
Romelu Lukaku scored one of the best goals many Evertonians will ever see, and the Belgian killed his former club off five minutes later with a cool finish.
Diego Costa and Gareth Barry were sent off late on as the Toffeemen beat Chelsea at Goodison Park for the second time this season.
