Frank De Boer would love to coach a club like Everton, according to his agent.
The Ajax boss is believed to be keen on a move to the Premier League and expressed an interest in the vacant managerial position at Swansea City last year, after Garry Monk was sacked in December.
The 45-year-old has held the reigns at the Amsterdam Arena for six years and has been considered by the likes of Tottenham and Liverpool in the past.
De Boer’s agent, Guido Albers, said Everton and Valencia are two clubs that catch his client’s eye.
Albers told NOS:
He’d love to join a club like Everton or Valencia.
It’s all about the right philosophy.
Current Everton boss Roberto Martinez has come under intense pressure over the last few months and another pathetic, abject display by his side against Leicester City on Saturday did nothing to help his case for sticking around at Goodison Park.
The Catalonian recently said his position as manager of Everton was as strong as it’s ever been, but many would beg to differ.
