Ahead of Monday’s fixture between Everton and Crystal Palace, I’ve decided to draw up my perfect team, consisting of players from both clubs. Palace currently sit in eighth place after a string of positive results that include; a win over Liverpool at Anfield, a draw at home to Manchester United and a 5-1 rout of Newcastle at Selhurst Park.
Sitting just one point and three places below, Everton occupy 11th place after squandering multiple winning positions against Bournemouth last weekend. However with the midweek victory over Middlesborough, Everton will be coming into the contest with bags of confidence after scoring 16 goals in the last six games.
The Combined XI is this time presented in a 4-2-3-1 formation. Again, there are several players that deserved to feature but I couldn’t find space for; the selection was difficult.
