Middlesbrough have considered including end-of-season option to buy clauses in their pursuit of Everton duo Yannick Bolasie and Muhamed Besic, according to the Northern Echo.
Tony Pulis’ side remain active in the transfer market and are determined to get respective deals over the line for Toffees pair Bolasie and Besic.
It’s believed that Everton boss Marco Silva has deemed the duo as surplus to his requirements for the season ahead at Goodison Park, meaning that loan moves away from Merseyside are on the cards.

Bolasie, however, faces an uncertain future. He has held talks with Boro in recent times but has also staged negotiations with Aston Villa as he ponders his options in the Championship.
Besic, meanwhile, appears to be firmly in Boro’s sights after he impressed Pulis during a loan spell at the club last season.
Middlesbrough are making significant efforts to secure promotion back to the Premier League this season and according to the Northern Echo, would consider including contractual agreements that guarantee the pair will remain at the Riverside beyond their loan spell.
