Everton manager Carlo Ancelotti has recently been linked with a move to former club Real Madrid.
The Italian took charge of Everton back in 2019 and has slowly started to build his desired squad.
This season hasn’t quite produced the results and form expected but there have been signs of improvement.
However, the recent rumours over Ancelotti’s future started to stir after BBC’s Garth Crooks warned fans.
The pundit stated that he felt Everton could lose Ancelotti to Real Madrid given their recent results.
Despite this, the Italian has come out and reassured the Toffees faithful that he won’t be going anywhere anytime soon…
As cited by The Everton End on Twitter, Ancelotti recently spoke out about the rumours.
The Italian has labelled the rumours as ‘good publicity’ but has assured fans that he is happy at Everton.
Despite the obvious struggles from this season that are still yet to be faced, Ancelotti is building something at the club.
His target, as he states, is to make Everton better each year – leading to hopes of a better future for the club.
Trophies have been hard to come by in recent history for the club.
However, with a manager with a pedigree such as Ancelotti, Everton will no doubt find themselves amongst the silverware soon.
The club has a bright future ahead of them with him in charge, starting with the clubs new stadium.
