Everton have been given a big boost in their pursuit of Boca Juniors left-back Frank Fabra.
The Toffees are being heavily linked with a move for the Colombia international and it’s been reported in recent times that they have made offers to Boca in an attempt to land Fabra before the summer transfer window opens.
However, as reported by Football Italia, the player’s agent has denied that offers have been made at this stage.
Jose Costanzo, who represents Fabra, discussed his client’s future and admitted that there is a concrete interest from Everton, along with Serie A duo Fiorentina and Napoli.

We travelled to Europe to get an idea on which clubs could be interested and for the moment there’s Everton, who sent some scouts to view Fabra playing for Colombia.
We haven’t received any concrete offers as of yet. In Italy, there is interest from Napoli as well as Fiorentina, so they could be options.
Everton are evidently in good company as they aim to land Fabra from Boca and it seems Costanzo feels the Toffees have the greatest chance of recruiting the defender given their financial capabilities.
My client’s price-tag is rather high and I think English football might be the best solution for him.
Fabra has impressed for both Boca Juniors and Colombia in recent times and it seems his tenure in Argentina could come to an end this summer.
