This morning saw the announcement of Everton’s new home kit for next season’s Premier League.
The Blues have already enjoyed a fantastic first year with new kit manufacturer Hummel.
Now, it appears as though the partnership is continuing to flourish, with the Toffees’ new kit a real eye-catcher.
The club posted a promotional video to their official Twitter account earlier, highlighting the main features…
As you can see from the tweet above, the main feature of the kit is the ‘dazzle’ print across the entire template.
It is a fantastic design accompanied by the club’s classic royal blue colour.
The kit is more daring than any seen for a long time for the club and clearly shows remarkable effort from Hummel.
The Liverpool Echo’s Adam Jones produced a fantastic piece this morning, detailing why the club opted for the pattern…
The two-tone shirt and the striking “dazzle” pattern is inspired by the role of the city of Liverpool and its docks in painting naval ships with the inventive and bold livery during the First World War.
The shorts of the new release are white with yellow and royal blue detailing, with the socks also being white.
Yellow and white trim can be found on the collar of the new shirt with hummel’s iconic chevrons being emblazoned in white on the shoulders.

It is fantastic to see both the club and manufacturer paying homage to the city and its role in history in this country.
As Jones states, the docks of Liverpool were used to paint the naval ships with that exact dazzle style.
To see that now encompassed in the club’s home kit for next season shows a real connection with the fans.
It will be fantastic to see the kit in action next season in the Premier League under new manager Rafa Benitez.
Hopefully, this season will see the club finally start to build on their progress of the last few years with European football insight.
