Youngster Antonee Robinson left Everton to join Championship side Wigan last summer.
The defender penned a three-year deal with the Latics but is now being closely linked with a move to Italian giants AC Milan.
As reported on the Liverpool Echo, Everton are set to receive a slice of the transfer fee that they pay for him after the Toffees included a sell-on clause when offloading him to Wigan.
AC Milan are set to be preparing a deal worth £10m for the USA defender, so the Merseyside club are set to get a portion of that if the deal goes through.
READ EVERTON VERDICT
Robinson has featured in every Championship match for Wigan so far this season, which proves that he is a crucial member of the team.
The 22-year-old was at Everton since the age of 11, as stated in a report on BBC Sport and we believe that because of his maturity and fitness levels, he could be successful at Milan.
To play in every league match is not something easy, but for Robinson to do that at such a young age shows just how much desire and hunger he has to be out on the pitch and if the move goes through, we will all be delighted for him.
