Former Everton midfielder Ross Barkley has been linked with a reunion with David Moyes at West Ham United on a loan deal, as per The Mirror.
Barkley, who left Everton to join Chelsea in 2018, was handed his first-team debut by Moyes when the pair were both at Everton in 2011.

However, any move may be blocked by Chelsea, according to The Mirror, with Frank Lampard seeing Barkley as a key member of his first-team plans.
Several Everton fans have taken to Twitter to react to the links between Barkley and Moyes again, with several believing it is a very predictable thing to see happen.

Read Everton’s verdict
It’s fair to say that Ross Barkley was hardly given a chance under Moyes at Everton, despite the fact that Moyes handed him his debut against Queens Park Rangers in 2011.
Barkley only really started to flourish under Roberto Martinez, with his breakout game being against Norwich City in the 2013/14 season.
However, I think that the most damming thing here is that Barkley is being linked with loan moves away from Chelsea.
Things have never really gone his way since moving, including a large time spent out injured and, especially this season, a lot of time spent on the bench.
Therefore, a move to West Ham could be good for Ross, but it doesn’t hide the fact his potential has been very much wasted at the Blues.
