Michael Keane was solid at the back for Everton as the Toffees overcame Brighton and Hove Albion 1-0 on Saturday.
The Englishman was recalled into the team at the expense of Colombian international Yerry Mina, who had to settle for a place on the bench.

Manager Carlo Ancelotti confirmed that has been impressed with Keane during training sessions, as reported on HITC.
As quoted on the Liverpool Echo, Ancelotti said:
I made some changes but I saw the training and a player that played like Michael Keane that didn’t have a lot of opportunities the last games but gave me total confidence to put him in.

Ancelotti admitted that he’s using rotation to ensure that his players remain fresh and energetic and confirmed that Mina will be coming back into the team for the next game against West Ham, as stated on HITC.
Earlier this season, Everton fans slammed Keane after he made several mistakes but it seems that under Ancelotti, he has found some form.
I feel that if Keane can get the fans back on his side then he will continue to get better and better because he needs the backing and support of the supporters to increase his confidence.
