Everton have contacted super-agent Mino Raiola as they look to sign Zlatan Ibrahimovic on a free transfer.
According to Arena Napoli, via Sport Witness, Everton have opened talks with Raiola as they attempt to bring Ibrahimovic back to the Premier League for a second spell.
He is currently a free agent after leaving MLS giants L.A Galaxy last month and he is said to be aware of interest from England as he weighs up his options.
READ EVERTON VERDICT

As much as Ibrahimovic is a big name and someone who will fill seats in the ground and attract attention, he is not what Everton need right now. With the clubs he has played for, it is a fair assumption that he would not be on minimum wage and Everton already have Dominic Calvert-Lewin, Cenk Tosun and Moise Kean on their books.
Everton are struggling defensively, more than anything, and should be looking to improve their backline in the next transfer window. With only three senior centre-backs on the books at present, signing a central defender could be a good move by the club to add some steel to their defence and provide a solid base to build attacks from.
