Everton have announced the signing of goalkeeper Jonas Lossl from Huddersfield on a three-year deal.
The club have confirmed that the shot-stopper has joined on a free transfer, with his Huddersfield contract due to expire at the end of next month.
This means that Lossl is the first signing of Everton’s summer transfer window, with Marco Silva looking to improve the squad in order to push on next season and hopefully fight to take 7th place off Wolves and qualify for the Europa League.
Lossl played in 31 of Huddersfield’s Premier League games as they finished bottom of the table and were relegated back down to the Championship.
Despite relegation, clubs can still have players who are capable of remaining in the Premier League at other clubs. But, who else could Everton sign from Cardiff, Fulham and Huddersfield?
