Everton are set to demand £20m from any clubs interested in signing Cenk Tosun this month.
According to The Liverpool Echo, via the BBC, Everton want to recoup the majority of the £27m they paid for Tosun this time last year.
The Blues bought Tosun from Besiktas in January 2018 and he had a fine five months at Goodison.

Tosun scored five goals in 14 Premier League appearances last season, but has failed to kick on this year and now looks set to leave the club.
The Turkish international has scored twice in 15 Premier League appearances this season, although he has only started six times.
He has been linked with a move back to Turkey, although the likes of Fenerbahce and Besiktas are unlikely to meet Everton’s £20m asking price.
Tosun has scored 11 goals in 35 appearances for Turkey at international level and scored 41 goals in 96 league games for Besiktas.
