Marco Silva has revealed he wants to make sure that Ademola Lookman reaches his potential at Everton after a great performance in the FA Cup.
Lookman starred as Everton reached the fourth round of the Cup, beating out League Two leaders Lincoln City 2-1.
The striker, who spent last season on loan at RB Leipzig, netted for the Toffees against Lincoln, putting his side ahead early on in the clash.

Speaking afterwards to EvertonFC.com, Silva revealed that he wants to help Lookman succeed at the Blues with his major potential again being showed against Lincoln.
I never had any doubts about that [Lookman’s ability].
From the first day I came in and started to work with our squad, I didn’t have any doubts about his quality, what he can achieve and what he can do playing in our shirt.
It is up to us to work with him and give him all the conditions to grow.
But I don’t doubt he will be an important player for us. He is already – but he will become more and more so in the future.
Lookman has made some sparing appearances for Everton this season, and impressed in his outing against Manchester City last month.
