Everton youngster Mason Holgate will be allowed to leave the club on loan in January, according to Sky Sports.
The 22-year-old has fallen down the pecking order at Goodison Park since the arrival of Marco Silva, having featured more prominently last season.
The defender has not featured in any of Everton’s last nine Premier League matches, leading to speculation surrounding his future.
His last appearance came in a 3-1 defeat at home to West Ham in September, on a day when his performance was criticised.

Holgate will be allowed to find a temporary club next month, as he searches for regular first-team football.
No specific team has been linked, but he won’t be without suitors.
Holgate signed a new five-year contract at Everton in 2017, but his future appears cloudy at the minute.
The deal was signed prior to Silva taking charge at Goodison, however, and the manager seemingly doesn’t see him as part of his plans moving forward.
