Everton are one of the clubs who are interested in signing West Ham’s Declan Rice on a free transfer, according to a report in the Express.
The 19-year-old will, as it stands, become a free agent in the summer and reportedly has the likes of Arsenal, Borussia Dortmund, Liverpool and Manchester United also interested in signing him.
Rice is reportedly picking up a salary of £3,500-a-week at the Hammers and has rejected their offer of a new contract said to be worth around £20,000-a-week as he thinks he can get better terms.

Whilst a move for Rice wouldn’t technically be free as the Hammers would likely get a compensatory fee, bringing in one of the best young midfielders in the Premier League is an appealing prospect, hence why there is so much interest in Rice.
West Ham are keen to convince the midfielder that his future lies at the London Stadium but as of yet, they’ve been unable to get him to put pen-to-paper on a new deal.
