Everton will face competition from fellow Premier League side Chelsea in their attempts to sign Hirving Lozano from PSV.
According to reports emerging in Italy, Chelsea are keen to sign the in-demand winger, with Maurizio Sarri said to be a fan of the player.
Manchester United, Barcelona, Dortmund and Everton have all been linked with moves in recent months.
Barcelona came close to signing the PSV man after the World Cup, but a deal did not go through.

Italian outfit Inter have also been linked with moves to sign the winger in the past.
Lozano was a star performer for Mexico in Russia, while he was also coming off the back of a standout campaign in the Eredivisie last season.
The 23-year-old has started this season in similar fashion, scoring eight goals in nine league games.
The winger is very highly thought of in both Mexico and the Netherlands and is expected to gather plenty of interest in the upcoming transfer windows.
