Oumar Niasse’s two game suspension has been upheld after the FA rejected his appeal.
The Everton striker became the first Premier League player to be charged with the successful deception of a match official after he won a penalty against Crystal Palace.
He appealed this decision but that was rejected and he’ll now miss Everton’s upcoming Premier League games against Southampton and West Ham United.

Nissan, whose Everton career looked over at the start of the season, has made himself a valuable member of the squad in recent weeks and the Blues will be worse off without him.
Manchester City forward Bernardo Silva and Watford’s Richarlison have both avoided similar charges this season despite what looked like clear dives so Niasse and Everton will feel quite hard done by.
